  • Domestic Shipping: We offer the following options free of cost:

    • Expedited Shipping
                Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be charged extra. 

  • International Shipping:

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. 

Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within one working day.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you if your order is affected.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you can request for a tracking number.

    In case of receiving damaged goods the customer is requested to send video and pictures to authenticate the damage. Mi Dairy Innnovations Pvt. Ltd. will initiate the refund process.
